About
Creative instincts. A systems mindset.
I'm Adifa, a Jakarta-based growth and systems specialist with a background in Computer Engineering at Telkom University.
Three years at GAPASDAP, a national transport association, handling data management, reporting, event coordination and visual communication, then a move into sports tech. At Aspire Clubs I build live dashboards, automate workflows and run player outreach that turns first-timers into regular players. I turn data into tools and actions people actually use.

Growth & Systems Specialist · Aspire Padel League · Jakarta
Drove player growth and activation across 4 partner venues (MPC, SVA Senayan, PADELBOX Kemang, Elite Club Epicentrum). Built a live multi-club web dashboard, the TURBO 10 Control Room for the Season 1 finale, a QR reward-voucher system and the WhatsApp player-outreach funnel, and support league operations end to end. Part-time freelance (systems & tech support) since Oct 2026.

The national association of river, lake and ferry transport businesses. Managed monthly fuel-consumption data for 177 ferry vessels across 43 companies, prepared quarterly fuel reports for government stakeholders, wrote, edited and designed 12+ issues of the monthly bulletin Jala Wahana, created PR visuals, and coordinated RAKERNAS IV (2025) end to end.
